Planning Your Visit to NYCC

Tickets become available several months before the event and sell out quickly. The pass that you purchase online (https://www.newyorkcomiccon.com/) can be picked up the day before the event.

Schedules for panels and workshops are published online before the opening day. You should review the programming in advance and decide exactly what panels you want to see during your visit. High-profile discussions featuring comic editors or film studios require early arrival for seating.

Consider comfortable clothing during your visit, especially if you’re wearing an elaborate costume. The Javits Center is an enormous space, and you will be walking for hours.

The Javits Center is near subway lines 7, E, and A/C which provide direct access to surrounding neighborhoods and numerous dining options. However, there’s food available inside The Javits Center.

New York Comic Con is an intersection of big budget entertainment and independent artistry. The convention’s accessibility, organization, and extensive programming are worth an October visit to New York.
